We are an independent fitness studio that is committed to working with you to gain the results you want. Whether your aim is to lose weight, tone, build bulk and gain weight we can put together a complete fitness program (nutrition & exercise) and recommend the right classes for you to attend in our studio.
Over the years we have gained in knowledge and experience in fitness/nutrition and in the needs of our fitness community. You benefit from our experience by receiving original classes designed to help you achieve more strength, a healthier heart, and even more confidence. We are certified in group exercise classes that are internationally known AND trained to design our own group exercise classes specific to you! You’ll notice the mixture of popular classes and original classes exclusive to Bodyworks Internationale on our Group Exercise Schedule.
Our members benefit from a free fitness program and are welcome to request a free review every month, free studio classes and price reductions on our personal training sessions. As a member you can also have priority for booking any of the pre-book activities, classes or sessions that we run.

What builds muscle?
To build muscle & lose fat, you need a variety of proteins, veggies, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. Eating protein helps building & maintaining muscle. But it also helps fat loss: protein has a higher thermic effect than carbs/fats. Eating fats also helps fat loss: your body holds fat if you don’t eat fats.
Strength training giving personal instruction on technique/form & weight selection in both group exercise classes, personal training and group personal training.
Better flexibility may improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively. Stretching also increases blood flow to the muscle. Muscle elongation is critical to muscle relaxation and workout recovery.
